摘 要:FPSO舭部优化不但可抑制横摇运动响应,同时对非黏结性柔性立管上端的疲劳寿命产生影响。针对某10 wt级FPSO深水柔性立管系统,建立了柔性立管的整体和局部分析模型。通过优化FPSO舭部结构增加船体横摇阻尼,计算不同来浪角度下船体的横摇运动响应并进行对比分析。在此基础上,研究FPSO舭部优化对柔性立管疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:对10 wt级FPSO的舭部进行优化,可使船体在90°横浪下的横摇角度减少约15%,且来浪角度接近船艏时也有较好的减摇效果。柔性立管的疲劳寿命主要由内抗拉铠装层的损伤情况确定,舭部优化后立管上端的疲劳寿命可提升约3.51%。FPSO bilge optimization can not only restrain the rolling motion response,but also affect the fatigue life of the upper end of the unbonded flexible riser.The global and local analysis models of the flexible riser are established for a ten wt FPSO deep-water flexible riser system.When the rolling damping of the ship is increased by optimizing the FPSO bilge structure,the rolling motion responses of the ship under different wave angles are calculated and compared.On this basis,the effect of bilge optimization of the FPSO on the fatigue life of the flexible riser is studied.The results show that the optimization of the FPSO bilge structure can reduce the rolling angle of the hull about 15%under 90°transverse waves,and has a better anti-rolling effect when the incoming wave angle is close to the bow.The fatigue life of the flexible riser is mainly determined by the damage of the internal tensile armor layer,and the fatigue life of the upper end of the riser can be increased by about 3.51%after bilge optimization.
