摘　　要：系统性管理与创新的涉及对象不是单一目标也不是单一方法。首先研究对象是由有一定关联度的多个节点要素组成的系统性有机整体,其次研究方法是立体的、综合的、全面的和高效的。创新首先要突破现有思维框架,改变现有的结构,增加新的成分,赋予新的能量,产生新的功能。本文在5W1H分析法基础上,提出了6WHI系统性管理创新方法,增加创新扩展方案的疑问词Whether(是否)及If(如果),由原来6个发问提高到8个发问,扩展了创新的前瞻性及创新方案的多样性。6WHI系统性创新管理法在应用中明显提升5W1H方法的灵活度、扩展度、创新度、可靠度及可预见度。以某油田杆管修复防腐企业新产品专利技术研发为例,阐述了6WHI方法的应用,实现了企业技术研发的系统性管理与创新。The involved object of systematic innovation and management is neither a single goal nor a single method. Firstly, the research object is a systematic organic whole composed of multiple node elements with a certain degree of correlation. Secondly, the research method is multi-dimensional, comprehensive, all round and high efficient. Innovation should break through the existing thinking framework, change the existing structure, add new components, give new energy and produce new functions. On the basis of 5W1H analysis method, the 6WHI systematic management innovation method is proposed, which increases the query words Whether and If of the innovation expansion scheme, extends the number of questions from 6 to 8, which expands innovative forward-looking and the diversity of innovation schemes. The 6 WHI systematic innovation management method significantly improves the flexibility, expansion, innovation, reliability and predictability of 5W1H method in application. Taking the research and development of new product patent technology for an oil rod and pipe repair and anti-corrosion enterprise as an example, the application of 6WHI method is expounded, and the method of 6WHI systematic management and innovation is realized in technology research and development of enterprise.
