摘  要:饮用水中的过渡金属离子对人体健康构成了潜在威胁,尤其是铁离子(Fe^(3+))和重铬酸根离子(Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-))。因此,开发一种具备水中痕量Fe^(3+)和Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)检测能力的探针材料,具有重要的理论研究价值和实际应用价值。基于此,本文采用挥发法合成了4,4,4-三氟-1-苯基-1,3-丁二酮(3FB)的Eu配合物,Eu(3FB)_(3)(H_(2)O)_(2)。在不同条件下测试配合物的荧光发射光谱,证明其具有很好的环境稳定性,并在固态和水中展现出优异的Eu^(3+)离子红色特征发光。尤其对水中Fe^(3+)和Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)展现出优异的荧光猝灭响应。浓度依赖实验显示检测限低达2.53μmol·L^(-1)(Fe^(3+))和0.20μmol·L^(-1)(Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-))。该探针优异的选择性、竞争性和重复性表明其具备实际应用能力。Transition metal ions in drinking water pose potential threat to human health,especially Fe^(3+)and Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-).Therefore,the development of a probe material capable of detecting trace Fe^(3+)and Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-) in water has important theoretical research value and practical application value.Based on this,a Eu complex of 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-phenyl-1,3-butadiene(3FB),Eu(3FB)_(3)(H_(2)O)_(2),was synthesized by volatilization method.The fluorescence emission spectra of the complex were tested under different conditions,which proved that it had good environmental stability and exhibited excellent red emission characteristics of Eu^(3+)ions in solid and water.It especially exhibited excellent fluorescence quenching response to Eu^(3+)in water.The concentration-dependent experiments showed that the limit of detection was as low as 2.53μmol·L^(-1)(Fe^(3+))and 0.20μmol·L^(-1)(Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)).The excellent selectivity,competitiveness and repeatability of the probe indicated that the material had practical application ability.
