现代高职教育实习实训基地协同建设研究

摘　　要：高职教育是着力提升劳动者素质,加快培养高水平高层次技术技能人才的重要途径。实习实训基地建设则是落实职业教育德技并修、工学结合育人的关键载体。在教育治理视角下,现代高职教育实习实训基地应当拥有高水平实训标准范式,形成常态化运行制度规范,拥有高层次技术技能大师,覆盖全链条教育协同路径。一方面,应当以共建共育共享加快推动高职教育实习实训基地建设,要突出适切性、联合性、平衡性、专业化,做好基地共建的主体加法、基地共管的资源乘法、分担共享的成本减法、双师培育的问题除法。另一方面,应当着力打造基地成果承接转化平台、职业技术引进消化平台、综合信息服务共享平台,进一步加强高职教育实习实训基地协同建设的外部保障。Higher vocational education is an important way to improve the quality of workers and speed up the training of high-level technical professionals.The construction of practice and training base is the key carrier to implement the vocational education of combining morality with technology and work with learning.From the perspective of education governance in the practice and training base of modern higher vocational education,we should have a high-level training standard paradigm to form a normal operation system,and high-level technical skill masters to cover the whole chain of education cooperation.On the one hand,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of higher vocational education practice and training bases through joint construction,education and sharing.It is necessary to highlight the relevance,unity,balance and specialization,and do a good job in the subject of joint construction,the resources jointly managed by the base,the sharing cost and and the problem of double-qualified teacher training.On the other hand,we should make great efforts to build a platform for undertaking and transforming base achievements,a platform for introducing and digesting vocational technology,and a platform for sharing comprehensive information services so as to further strengthen the external guarantee for the collaborative construction of higher vocational education practice and training bases.
