摘  要:教育惩罚的历史就是教育惩罚的思想史。以人本主义的视角对外国教育惩罚的历史进行梳理发现,教育惩罚思想的进步离不开对人这一主体的关注,主要体现在惩罚目的由顺从神的旨意到促进学生发展,惩罚原则由崇尚等级性原则到公平性原则,惩罚方法从盛行体罚到倡导温和的惩罚。这些转变给当代中国有效运用教育惩罚以重要启示:以育人为本,以宽容的情感面对犯错的学生;因事制宜,以权变的方式选择惩罚的方式;持续关注,以平等的态度评价学生的发展。The history of educational punishment is the ideological history of educational punishment.From the perspective of humanism,this paper combs out the history of foreign educational punishment,and finds that the progress of educational punishment is inseparable from the focus on human beings,which is mainly reflected in the changes of punishment purpose from obeying god’s will to promoting students’development,the punishment principle from advocating grade principle to fairness principle,and the punishment method from the prevalence of corporal punishment to the advocacy of mild punishment.These changes give important enlightenment to the effective use of educational punishment in contemporary China:taking the cultivation of students as the focus and dealing with students who have made mistakes with the feeling of tolerance;adapting to circumstances and choosing the methods of punishment with flexibility in tactics;and keeping track of students and evaluating their development with the attitude of equality.
