摘  要:本研究以鄂尔多斯某高校园林技术专业毕业生为研究对象,向近两届毕业生发放问卷,调查就业质量。调查结果显示,该地区园林技术专业毕业生就业质量存在存在就业不稳定、工作待遇低、专业技能利用低、专业相关度较低、顶岗实习转就业低、德育教育和学生管理体制对就业质量的作用较小的问题。基于此,从行业、学校、学生自身,多角度分析原因,从高校人才培养视角,提出创新办学模式、完善实训条件、强化就业指导、提升就业满足度、加强师资建设提升就业质量的对策。旨在为该地区高职园林技术专业优化人才培养、提升就业质量、提高专业的地区影响力提供理论依据。This research takes the Ordos Higher Vocational Garden Technology graduates as the research object,and gives out questionnaires to the graduates of the last two years to investigate the employment quality.The results show that there are some problems in the employment quality of the landscape technology graduates in this area,such as low salary,able employment,low degree of professional relevance,low use of professional skills,low job placement,moral education and student management system have little effect on the quality of employment.Based on this,from the industry,school,students themselves multi-angle analysis of the reasons,from the perspective of talent training in universities,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing the school-running mode,perfecting the conditions of practical training,strengthening the employment guidance,enhancing the degree of employment satisfaction,strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the quality of employment.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the training of talents,improving the quality of employment and enhancing the Regional Influence of the specialty in this area.
