基于地域性的特产产品包装设计研究——以“齐云山”南酸枣糕为例

摘  要:如今地域文化越来越受到社会各界广泛的关注,将地域特色融入到特产产品包装设计当中,不仅能提升产品和品牌的文化内涵,还能弘扬当地特色文化、增强地域吸引力。“齐云山”南酸枣糕是一种极具地域特色、风味独特的地方果糕食品。本文首先从食品包装设计的视觉表现三要素(即图像、文字和色彩)阐述了如何在食品包装设计中体现地域特色,接着对齐云山地域特色进行了分析,最后以实际案例提出了适合“齐云山”南酸枣糕包装的最优设计方向,以期通过包装设计传承和发扬齐云山地域文化。Nowadays, regional culture is receiving more and more attention from all walks of life. Integrating regional characteristics into the packaging design of specialty products not only enhances the cultural connotation of the products and the brands, but also promotes local characteristics and culture, and strengthens regional attractiveness. The southern sour jujube cake of “Qiyun Mountain” is a kind of local fruit cake with unique flavor and regional characteristics. This paper firstly explains how to reflect regional characteristics in food packaging design from the three elements of visual expression(i.e. image, text and colour), then analyses the regional characteristics of Qiyun Mountain, and finally proposes the optimal design direction for the packaging of the southern sour jujube cake of “Qiyun Mountain” with an actual case, with a view to inheriting and promoting the regional culture of Qiyun Mountain through packaging design.
