摘　　要：消化道症状是帕金森病常见的非运动症状。近年来帕金森病消化道症状的基础与临床研究均有新进展,尤其是肠道菌群参与帕金森病发病机制的研究,使帕金森病消化道症状日益受到重视。为更好地指导我国医师的临床实践,基于当前的循证医学证据,制订了《中国帕金森病消化道症状管理专家共识》。本专家共识旨在通过系统评价近年来国内外发表的帕金森病消化道症状领域相关循证医学研究证据,进一步规范我国帕金森病消化道症状的诊断治疗和全程管理。Gastrointestinal dysfunctions are common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson′s disease.In recent years,new progress on the research of gastrointestinal symptoms of Parkinson′s disease,especially the brain-gut axis has been approached.More attention focuses on gastrointestinal symptoms of Parkinson′s disease.Based on the current evidence-based medicine evidence,the consensus on the clinical management of gastrointestinal symptoms of Parkinson′s disease in China was formulated.This expert consensus aims to further standardize the evaluation and treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms of Parkinson′s disease in China by systematically reviewing the relevant evidence-based medicine research evidence published in recent years.
