摘  要:为了研究单线箱梁减振扣件纵向承轨台轨道与单线箱梁预制钢弹簧浮置板轨道的减振降噪特性,对我国某城市的地铁高架振动进行了测试,对比分析了两种不同轨道结构的减振降噪特性及差异。结果表明:单线箱梁减振扣件纵向承轨台轨道钢轨最大位移为0.90mm,单线箱梁预制钢弹簧浮置板轨道钢轨最大位移为2.85mm,均满足规定。在单线箱梁高架曲线段,与减振扣件相比,预制钢弹簧浮置板轨道可使桥面振动总级值降低12.14 dB(Z);此外,高架箱梁减振扣件相对于普通道床轨道的减振效果一般为4~5dB,可得预制钢弹簧浮置板道床相对于普通道床轨道的减振效果约为16~17dB。两种轨道结构的地面噪声均呈现出随距线路距离的增大而逐渐减小的趋势,减振扣件纵向承轨台轨道地面噪声在8~15Hz、31.5~50Hz及100~200Hz频段有衰减,而预制钢弹簧浮置板轨道地面噪声在4~80Hz及100~200Hz频段有明显衰减,降噪范围更广,程度更大。In order to study the vibration and noise reduction characteristics of single track box girder longitudinal rail bearing platform track and single track box girder prefabricated steel spring floating plate track, the elevated vibration of subway in a city in China is tested, and the vibration and noise reduction characteristics and differences of two different track structures are compared and analyzed. The results show that the maximum displacement of the track rail of the longitudinal rail bearing platform of the damping fastener of the single track box girder is 0.90mm, and the maximum displacement of the track rail of the prefabricated steel spring floating plate of the single track box girder is 2.85mm, which all meet the requirements. In the elevated curved section of single track box girder, compared with the damping fasteners, the prefabricated steel spring floating plate track can reduce the total level of bridge deck vibration by 12.14 dB(z). In addition, the damping effect of the elevated box girder damping fastener relative to the ordinary track bed track is generally 4 ~ 5dB, and the damping effect of the prefabricated steel spring floating plate track bed relative to the ordinary track bed track is about 16 ~ 17dB. The ground noise of the two track structures gradually decreases with the increase of the distance from the line. The ground noise of the track of the longitudinal rail bearing platform with damping fasteners attenuates in the frequency bands of 8 ~ 15Hz, 31.5 ~ 50Hz and 100 ~ 200Hz, while the ground noise of the prefabricated steel spring floating plate track attenuates significantly in the frequency bands of 4 ~ 80Hz and 100 ~ 200Hz, with a wider range and greater degree of noise reduction.
