摘  要:随着轨道交通的快速发展,明挖法地铁施工带来的交通问题也日益凸显。为量化地铁车站施工对道路交通的影响,本文以成都市某在建地铁车站为例,采用实地调查的方法,采集地铁车站施工路口的车流量、拥堵时间、拥堵车速、噪音分贝值等相关数据,通过定量计算,从额外燃油成本、时间延误成本、环境污染成本和疲劳成本四方面对明挖法施工产生的负面影响进行货币化评估,发现年社会成本高达2000余万元。针对计算结果,结合成都市的实际交通状况,提出降低社会成本的相应措施。With the rapid development of rail transit, traffic problems caused by open-cut metro construction have become increasingly prominent. In order to quantify the negative impact of subway station construction,taking a metro station under construction in Chengdu as example, this paper collects relevant data such as traffic flow, congestion time, speed value during congestion and noise decibel value at metro construction intersection by field studies. Through quantitative calculation, the negative effects of open-cut construction are monetized from four aspects: extra fuel cost, time delay cost, environmental pollution cost and fatigue cost.It is found that the social cost is as high as 20 million yuan per year. Based on the calculation results and the actual traffic situation in Chengdu, the corresponding measures to reduce social costs are put forward.
