摘 要:针对创建了完善创新生态系统的企业面对不断变革的产业环境该如何变革再造的问题,以腾讯控股有限公司和微软两家企业为例,基于创新生态系统变革式演化方式,解析其创新生态系统变革式演化的过程机理与竞争优势的转换再造。研究发现:外部环境因素与生态系统自身特性因素共同驱动成熟企业创新生态系统的变革式演化;演化过程表现为形成变革共识、推进变革行动和创造性颠覆,由系统底层个体力量或高层领导者战略主导推动,演化再造适配新产业环境的企业内部异质性资源能力差异和外部协同关系差异,从而创造变革环境下的企业新竞争优势。因此,企业应在关注外部产业技术变革的同时重视内部非主流思想,营造有利于突破性创新的生态情境。In the face of constantly changing industrial environment,how should enterprises that have created a perfect innovation ecosystem reform and reengineer?Taking Tencent Holdings Co.,Ltd.and Microsoft as examples,this paper analyzes the process mechanism of transformational evolution of innovation ecosystem and the reengineering of competitive advantage based on the transformation evolution modes of innovation ecosystem.The results show as follows:external environmental factors and the characteristics of the mature ecosystem themselves jointly promote the transformative evolution;the evolutionary process is manifested in the formation of a consensus on transformation,promotion of transformational actions and creative subversion,which is mainly driven by the individual forces at the bottom of the system or the strategy of senior leaders,and recreates the differences of internal heterogeneous resource capabilities and external synergistic relations that are suitable for the new industrial environment,so as to create new competitive advantages under the changing environment.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to the internal non mainstream ideas while paying attention to the external industrial technological change,and create an ecological environment conducive to breakthrough innovation.
