摘 要:目的建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器检测化妆品中劳拉氯铵、苄索氯铵、米他氯铵、西他氯铵和司拉氯铵防腐剂的方法。方法样本经甲醇提取、弱阳离子交换柱净化,C18柱分离,蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果劳拉氯铵、米他氯铵在5 mg/L~100 mg/L,西他氯铵、司拉氯铵在3 mg/L~100 mg/L,苄索氯铵在2.5 mg/L~100 mg/L的峰面积对数与浓度对数线性关系良好,回归方程的相关系数(r)均>0.996。5种防腐剂在不同剂型化妆品中低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标回收率为88.3%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.1%。劳拉氯铵和米他氯铵方法检出限为5 mg/kg,定量限为10 mg/kg;西他氯铵和司拉氯铵方法检出限为3 mg/kg,定量限为9 mg/kg;苄索氯铵方法检出限为2.5 mg/kg,定量限为5 mg/kg。对市售的30份不同类型化妆品进行测定,其中8份样本检出上述防腐剂。结论本方法抗干扰能力强,灵敏高,准确可靠,适用于化妆品中5种防腐剂的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of lauralkonium chloride,benzethonium chloride,myristalkonium chloride,cetalkonium chloride and stearalkonium chloride in cosmetics by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector.Methods The samples were extracted with methanol and purified with a weak cation exchange column,then separated by a C18column and detected by evaporative light scattering detector.Results The method had good linear relationships between the logarithm of peak area and the logarithm of concentration with correlation coefficients greater(r)than 0.996 in the range of 5 mg/L-100 mg/L for lauralkonium chloride and myristalkonium chloride,3 mg/L-100 mg/L for cetalkonium chloride and stearalkonium chloride,2.5 mg/L-100 mg/L for benzethonium chloride.The recoveries of the five preservatives at low,medium and high spiked levels were between 88.3%and103.8%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)in the range of 2.8%-5.1%.The detection limits of lauralkonium chloride and myristalkonium chloride were both 5.0 mg/kg and their quantitative limits were both 10.0 mg/kg.The detection limits of cetalkonium chloride and stearalkonium chloride were both 3.0 mg/kg and their quantitative limits were both9.0 mg/kg.The detection limit of benzethonium chloride was 2.5 mg/kg and the quantitative limit was 5.0 mg/kg.30 different types of cosmetics sold in the market were determined by the method and the preservatives were detected in 8 samples.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,reliable,and it is suitable for the determination of 5 preservatives in cosmetics.
