摘　　要：目的探讨miRNA494和成纤维生长因子受体2(FGFR2)在急性髓系白血病(AML)患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2021年10月本院初治AML患者59例纳入病例组,另选取健康体检者30例作为对照组,检测外周血miRNa494、FGFR2 mRNA水平并比较。结果病例组外周血miRNA494水平低于对照组(P<0.05),FGFR2 mRNA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。miRNA494、FGFR2 mRNA联合评估AML发生ROC曲线下面积高于两项指标单独检测(P<0.05)。AML患者miRNA494水平比较,完全缓解者>部分缓解者>未缓解者,FGFR2 mRNA水平比较,完全缓解者<部分缓解者<未缓解者(P<0.05);入院时miRNA494、FGFR2 mRNA联合预测AML疗效ROC曲线下面积高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论AML患者外周血miRNA494低表达,FGFR2 mRNA高表达,miRNA494、FGFR2mRNA表达在一定程度上反映疾病疗效。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miRNA494 and fibroblast growth factor receptor 2(FGFR2)in the serum of patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Fifty-nine patients with newly diagnosed AML in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were included in the case group,and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of miRNA494 and FGFR2 mRNA in peripheral blood were detected and compared.Results The level of miRNA494 in peripheral blood of the case group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of FGFR2 mRNA was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of miRNA494 and FGFR2 mRNA in the combined assessment of AML was higher than any single assessment(P<0.05).The level of miRNA494 showed a decreasing trend in AML patients,with complete remission>partial remission>non remission,and the level of FGFR2 mRNA showed an increasing trend in AML patients,with complete remission<partial remission<non remission(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of miRNA494 and FGFR2 mRNA in the combined prediction of AML efficacy at admission was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miRNA494 in peripheral blood of AML patients was low,and the expression of FGFR2 mRNA was high.The expression of miRNA494 and FGFR2 mRNA reflected the curative effect of the disease to a certain extent.
