摘  要:目的探讨血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶(GPDA)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)在不同病情慢性肝病患者中的表达水平及与临床价值。方法收集慢性肝病患者286例为研究对象,并以健康体检者50例作为正常对照组,检测血清中SOD、MAO、GPDA的浓度,对结果进行统计学分析。结果慢性肝病患者SOD较正常对照组下调(P<0.05),与慢性肝病进程、轻重相关性不大。慢性肝炎组GPDA较正常对照组上调(P<0.05),而肝硬化组则下调(P<0.05);肝硬化组的GPDA低于其他慢性肝病组(P<0.05)。慢性肝病患者MAO水平较正常对照组上调(P<0.05),但肝炎组和肝硬化组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肝癌组和慢性肝衰竭组升高(P<0.05)。晚期肝癌患者GPDA水平高于早期(P<0.05),而经手术或射频消融治疗后GPDA和MAO均下降(P<0.05)。慢性肝衰竭病情恶化组MAO高于好转组(P<0.05)。结论血清SOD、GPDA、MAO在慢性肝病患者中表达水平有显著改变,特别是GPDA和MAO参与了慢性肝病的进展。Objective To investigate the levels and clinical values of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),glypican dipeptide aminopeptidase(GPDA),and monoamine oxidase(MAO)in patients with different chronic liver diseases.Methods A total of 286 patients with chronic liver disease were collected as the study objects,and 50 healthy subjects were collected as the control group.The serum concentrations of SOD,MAO and GPDA were detected,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results SOD was down-regulated in patients with chronic liver disease compared with normal control(P<0.05),but irrelevant with the progress and severity of chronic liver diseases.GPDA was up-regulated in the chronic hepatitis group compared with the normal control group(P<0.05),whereas it was down-regulated in the liver cirrhosis group(P<0.05);GPDA was lower in the cirrhosis group than that in the other chronic liver disease groups(P<0.05).The levels of MAO were up-regulated in patients with chronic liver disease compared with the control control(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance on the difference between the hepatitis group and the cirrhosis group(P>0.05),and the MAO levels were increased in the liver cancer group and the chronic liver failure group(P<0.05).GPDA levels were higher in patients with advanced HCC than that in the early stage(P<0.05),whereas both GPDA and MAO were decreased after treatment with surgery or radiofrequency ablation(P<0.05).In patients with chronic liver failure,MAO levels were significantly higher in the deteriorate group than that in the progressive group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of SOD,GPDA,and MAO were significantly altered in patients with chronic liver diseases,and in particular,GPDA and MAO are involved in the progression of chronic liver diseases.
