摘  要:为探究不同皮鞋帮面卫生性能,以牛全粒面、牛磨砂革、牛修面、牛漆革4种鞋面革,猪皮里、黄革里、白面里、棕靴里4种鞋里材为对象,基于Matlab程序构建了数学模型,给定了皮鞋帮面卫生性能综合评估公式,测试分析了鞋面革与鞋里材的卫生性能。结果发现,牛磨砂革材料的卫生性能最佳,牛全粒面次之,牛修面革与牛漆革较差;白面里材料的卫生性能最佳,猪皮里次之,黄革里与棕靴里较差;皮革背部的卫生性能最佳,臀部次之,肷部随后,脖颈部与腹部相对较差。In order to explore the hygienic performance of different leather upper, a mathematical model was built based on Matlab program, and a comprehensive evaluation formula for hygienic performance of leather upper was given. The hygienic performance of shoe upper leather and shoe lining was tested and analyzed by taking four kinds of shoe upper leather, including full grain leather, nubuck leather, trimmed leather and patent leather, and four kinds of shoe lining materials, including pig leather lining, yellow leather lining, white leather lining and brown shoe lining. The results show that the hygienic properties of nubuck leather are the best, followed by full grain leather, and the corrected leather and patent leather are worse. The hygienic performance of the white flour lining material is the best, followed by the pig skin lining, and the yellow leather lining and brown boot lining are poor. The leather back has the best hygienic performance, followed by the hip, followed by the neck and abdomen.
