摘  要:目的 对阿尔茨海默病(AD)、轻度认知障碍(MCI)、健康对照组(HC)的海马亚区体积进行比较,并探讨患者海马亚区与认知损伤及定向功能的关系.方法 对27例AD患者、29例MCI患者及34名HC进行脑容积成像(BRAVO)序列扫描,而后进行海马亚区分析并对患者的海马亚区与认知评分进行相关性分析.结果 与HC组相比,MCI患者下托体积下降.AD患者海马-杏仁核移行区(HATA)体积与定向评分相关.结论 下托具有作为监测MCI的影像学指标的潜力.海马-杏仁核网络受损可能参与AD患者的定向功能下降过程.Objective The study aimed to compare the hippocampal subfield volumes among Alzheimer’s disease(AD),mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and healthy controls(HC),and to investigate the association with cognitive impairments and orientation function.Methods Brain volume imaging(BRAVO)data were acquired from 27 AD patients,29 MCI patients and 34 HC,followed by hippocampal subfield volumes analysis and correlation between cognitive impairment patients’hippocampal subfield volumes and cognitive scores.Results The subiculum volume was significantly decreased compared with HC.The hippocampus amygdala transition area(HATA)volume was correlated with orientation function in AD.Conclusion The subiculum would have the potential to serve as an imaging biomarker for monitoring MCI.The impaired hippocampal-amygdala network may be involved in the decline of orientation function in AD patients.
