摘　　要：中国大学生医学技术技能大赛是全国性的技术技能赛事.2021年首次增设护理学专业赛道.文章介绍了第十届中国大学生医学技术技能大赛护理赛道概况,旨在"以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促改",推动整体改革护理实验室的教育教学,创新设计实验室内容及模式,提高护理专业本科生的专业技能、职业素养、岗位胜任力,促进护理学科发展.The 1Oth China University Medical Technology Skills Competition is a national technical skills event.A nursing track was added for the first time in 2021.The article introduces the overview of the nursing track of the 10th China University Medical Technology Skills Competition,aiming to"promote learning through competition,promote teaching through competition,and promote reform through competition"to reform education and teaching of the nursing laboratory as a whole,innovate the laboratory content and mode,improve the professional skills,professionalism,and job competence of nursing,promote the development of nursing science.
