摘 要:以珠海市淇澳岛光滩、互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)群落区、人工种植真红树[无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)、秋茄(Kandelia obovate)、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)、海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)]而成功清除互花米草的红树林区的0~100 cm深度土壤为对象,研究光滩、互花米草群落区和人工红树林区土壤的性质及其差异。研究结果表明,与光滩0~100 cm深度土壤的对应指标相比,互花米草群落区0~100 cm深度土壤的容重减小、pH降低,10~100 cm深度土壤盐度增大,0~80 cm深度土壤有机碳含量增大,0~100 cm深度土壤的全氮和全磷含量增大,而且0~80 cm深度土壤的全氮含量显著增大(p<0.05);与互花米草群落区0~100 cm深度土壤的对应指标相比,高密度桐花树群落区0~40 cm深度土壤中的有机碳含量显著增大(p<0.05),秋茄群落区、桐花树群落区和无瓣海桑群落区0~100 cm深度土壤的pH降低,各红树物种群落区0~100 cm深度土壤的盐度、有机碳含量、全氮含量总体上都增大,无瓣海桑群落区0~100 cm深度土壤中的全氮含量显著增大(p<0.05);互花米草入侵和人工种植秋茄清除互花米草都未显著改变0~100 cm深度土壤的有机碳含量。Artificial planted mangrove plants(Sonneratia apetala, Kandelia obovate, Aegiceras corniculatum,Sonneratia caseolaris) successfully cleared Spartina alterniflora in Qi’ao Island, Zhuhai city. The soils at the depth of 0-100 cm of mudflat, Spartina alterniflora community and artificial mangrove forest areas were taken as the research object to explore the characteristics and differences in the soils of mudflat, Spartina alterniflora community and artificial mangrove forest areas. The results showed that, compared with the corresponding indexes of the soil at the depth of 0-100 cm in the mudflat, soil bulk density and pH at the depth of 0-100 cm decreased, soil salinity at the depth of 10-100 cm increased, the contents of organic carbon in the soil at the depth of 0-80 cm increased, the contents of total nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil at the depth of 0-100 cm increased, and the contents of total nitrogen in the soil at the depth of 0-80 cm significantly increased in the Spartina alterniflora community area;compared with the corresponding index of the soil at depth of 0-100 cm in the Spartina alterniflora community area, the contents of organic carbon in the soil at the depth of 0-40 cm in the high-density Aegiceras corniculatum community area increased significantly, soil pH at depth of 0-100 cm decreased in the areas of Kandelia obovate, Aegiceras corniculatum and Sonneratia apetala communities, and the salinity, the contents of organic carbon content and total nitrogen in the soil at depth of 0-100 cm increased generally in the areas of mangrove species communities, the contents of total nitrogen content in the soil at the depth of 0-100 cm in Sonneratia apetala community area increased significantly;The invasion of S. alterniflora and the removal of Spartina alterniflora by artificial planted Kandelia obovate did not significantly change the contents of organic carbon in the soil at the depth of 0-100 cm.
