摘 要:试验旨在采用压榨法提取沃柑皮精油,通过多组试验优化沃柑皮精油压榨法提取工艺。试验采用气相色谱-质谱分析精油的成分。结果显示:沃柑皮精油最佳提取条件为液料比10 mL/g、pH值11、超声波功率320 W、处理时间70 min;此条件下压榨提取沃柑皮精油出油率可达3.89%。试验重现性好,在精油中共检出48个化合物,其中包含百里香酚、肉桂醛、香芹酚等在畜禽养殖中应用广泛的活性化合物。研究表明,沃柑皮香精油提取工艺稳定、可行,所得香精油在饲料方面具有潜在的应用价值。The experiment was to use pressing method to extract the essential oil of citrus peel, and optimized the extraction process of essential oil from peel of citrus citrus through several sets of experiments. The composition of essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of citrus peel essential oil were liquid to soild ratio of 10 mL/g, pH value of 11, the ultrasonic power of 320 W,and treatment time of 70 min. Under these conditions, the oil yield of essential oil extracted from citrus peel by pressing could reach 3.89%. The test reproducibility was good. A total of 48 compounds were detected in essential oils, including thymol, cinnamaldehyde, carvacrol and other active compounds that were widely used in livestock and poultry breeding.The study indicates that the extraction process of citrus peel essential oil is stable and feasible, and obtained essential oil has potential application value in feed.
