摘  要:依据相关数据,指出2021年浙江省食用菌产业产销特点为生产规模、总产量和总产值呈现“三减”,主要品种的产销各具特色,品种结构持续调优,食用菌产业仍是浙江山区农业的重要支柱产业。概述主要发展措施:精准施策护产业高质量发展,科技创新驱产业提质增效,全链融合促产业转型升级。提出优化调整产业结构,强化产业绿色集约发展,大力推进食用菌“双强”等建议。The characteristics of production and marketing of edible mushroom industry in Zhejiang Province in 2021 are analyzed, showing "three reductions" in production, the production and marketing of main varieties have their own characteristics, and the variety structure is continuously optimized, the edible mushroom industry is still an important pillar industry in mountain agriculture. It expounded that the main development measures are to precisely implement policies to protect the high-quality development of the industry, technological innovation drives the industry to improve quality and efficiency, and the whole-chain integration promotes the transformation and upgrading of the industry.Proposed development suggestions such as optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure, strengthening the green and intensive production of the industry, and continuing to deepen the "double strength" of edible mushroom.
