摘  要:硒是人体必需的微量元素,缺硒会导致多种疾病的发生,研究富硒食用菌对保障民众健康、促进菌农增收具有积极意义。通过向栽培基质中添加生物有机硒肥,研究不同浓度的硒肥对元蘑生长、产量和子实体富硒量的影响,结果为:栽培基质干基硒含量在1~5 mg/kg时,可促元蘑菌丝健壮并加速生长,降低污染率,提高子实体产量及生物学效率;硒含量测定结果显示,子实体硒含量与干基硒含量呈正相关。效益分析结果显示以干基硒含量为4 mg/kg处理的利润最高,子实体硒含量达到富硒标准,适合于生产上大量推广应用。Using Sarcomyxa edulis as selenium enriched carrier, biological organic selenium fertilizer with different concentrations was added to the cultivation substrate. The results show that when the selenium content of dry basis of cultivation substrate is 1~5 mg/kg can promote the growth of Sarcomyxa edulis mycelium, accelerate the growth rate of mycelium and reduce the pollution rate;At the same time, the yield and biological efficiency of fruiting body were improved;The selenium content of fruiting body was positively correlated with that of dry basis. The profit of T4(dry basis selenium content 4 mg/kg) is the highest and the selenium content of fruiting body meets the selenium enrichment standard which is suitable for large-scale popularization and application in production.
