摘　　要：目的调查某综合医院手术室护士社会支持程度及离职意愿,并分析两者的相关性。方法2020年5月至7月,抽取某综合医院手术室护士122名,采用一般人口学资料问卷、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)与离职意愿调查表(TIS)进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士SSRS总均分(42.31±8.59)分,TIQ总均分(13.60±2.13)分,标准化值分别为66.1%、56.8%,处于中等水平。经Pearson相关分析显示,手术室护士社会支持与离职意愿呈明显负相关性(r=-0.258,P=0.013);分层回归分析显示,夜班个数、月均收入及社会支持度是离职意愿的独立影响因素,社会支持度可解释29.7%的手术室护士离职意愿。结论手术室护士社会支持程度及离职意愿处于中等水平,提高社会支持对降低其离职意愿、促进护理团队稳定有积极意义。Objective To investigate social support and turnover intention of operating room nurses in a general hospital,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods From May to July 2020,122 nurses in a operating room of a general hospital were selected and investigated by general demographic data questionnaire,social support rating scale(SSRS)and turnover intention questionnaire(TIS).Results The total average scores of SSRS and TIQ were(42.31±8.59)and(13.60±2.13)respectively.The standardized values were 66.1%and 56.8%,which were in the middle level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between social support and turnover intention of operating room nurses(r=-0.258,P=0.013);hierarchical regression analysis showed that the number of night shift,average monthly income and social support were independent influencing factors of turnover intention,and social support could explain 29.7%of operating room nurses’turnover intention.Conclusions The social support and turnover intention of operating room nurses are at a medium level,and improving social support has positive significance for reducing their turnover intention and promoting the stability of nursing team.
