摘　　要：医防协同对推进住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)制度提出了新的挑战。该文通过探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下医防协同的内涵和重要意义,分析医学人才培养面临的体系困境、履职困境和教育困境,提出要从加强医防协同的意识和能力两方面进行改革,并着眼于思考如何在此背景下进一步推进住培制度,提出要充分发挥住培的平台作用、完善住培的内容与标准、扩大预防医学专业住院医师的招生力度和培养具有医防融合能力的高质量全科医生队伍的建议。The coordination of medical services and public health poses a new challenge to promote the standardized residency training system.By discussing the connotation and significance of coordination of medical services and public health,this paper analyzes the system dilemma,duty performance dilemma and education dilemma faced by medical personnel training,puts forward reform measures from two aspects of strengthening the consciousness and ability of coordination of medical services and public health,focuses on how to further promote standardized residency training system under this background.It is suggested that we should give full play to the platform role of standardized residency training system,improve the contents and standards of standardized residency training,expand the enrollment of residents majoring in preventive medicine and cultivate a team of high-quality general practitioners with the ability of medical prevention integration.
