摘　　要：艾滋病患者由于其特殊的传播方式和造成的社会家庭问题一直是社会各界关注的焦点,这类特殊的社会群体常伴随严重的焦虑、抑郁心理状态,是亟待解决的社会、医疗问题。临床实践证实,中医药具有改善艾滋病相关抑郁症的作用,但既往治疗往往忽略了脾的重要性。脾与艾滋病病程进展密切相关,中医学中,脾功能异常可产生焦虑、抑郁等异常的心理状态。因此,本文将二者关系进行阐述,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。AIDS has always been the focus of attention from all walks of life due to their special transmission methods and the social and family problems caused by them.Such special social groups are often accompanied by serious anxiety and depression mental states,which are social and medical problems that need to be solved urgently.Clinical practice has confirmed that TCM has the effect of improving AIDS-related depression,but the importance of Spleen has often been ignored in previous treatments.Spleen is closely related to the progression of AIDS.In TCM,abnormal splenic function can produce abnormal mental states,including anxiety and depression,therefore this study describes the relationship between the two in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment.
