摘  要:针对车辆电传动系统高效区难以提升问题,研究一种低速绕组串联、高速并联的宽高效区、宽速域双绕组切换型永磁同步电机方案。为了适应该方案绕组串、并联工况电机参数不同和换挡过程中的转速波动问题,提出一种基于模糊自适应转速调节器的新型控制策略。首先,构建双绕组切换型永磁同步电机系统的拓扑结构;然后,根据模糊控制理论,提出绕组串联、并联及切换等典型工况下的转速调节器自适应模糊规则;基于逆变器开关管全关断,设计切换电路的开关切换规则;最后,搭建15kW双绕组切换型电机的实验平台,实验结果验证了该文提出的模糊自适应转速调节器能够实现绕组的平滑切换和系统的高动态性能运行。Widening high-efficient range is difficult for conventional vehicle electric drive systems.For this problem,this paper studied a switching topology for dual-winding switching PMSM with wide speed-range and high-efficiency,in which the windings are in series at low speed and in parallel at high speed.On the basis of the topology,a fuzzy logic-based speed-adaptive control strategy was proposed to reduce the speed fluctuation during switching process between series and parallel mode,where the parameters of stator winding mutate.Then,the adaptive-fuzzy principle in speed regulator was presented according to the fuzzy-control theory for special conditions,including series mode,parallel mode,and the switching process.Besides,this method involved the fully off state of the inverter switches into the rules of circuit switching.Finally,the effectiveness of the studied fuzzy logic-based speed-adaptive control strategy was experimentally verified by a 15kW dual-winding switching motor platform.The experimental results prove that the studied algorithm achieves the smooth switching process and the high-dynamic performance simultaneously.
