摘  要:基于作业分解和任务包调度理论,提出以中间产品为导向的精益造船方法。根据造船作业内容和生产能力平衡划分船体分段任务包,在考虑场地资源和人员约束的条件下,建立任务包调度模型。同时,根据造船作业特点建立车间虚拟流水生产系统。在此基础上,开发面向中小型船舶企业的精益造船制造执行系统,实现造船车间的精益化生产。实例分析结果表明,基于任务包调度的精益造船模式及其制造执行系统的实施能显著缩短船舶生产周期,提高人员利用率和生产效率。Based on the theory of job decomposition and task package scheduling,a lean shipbuilding method oriented to intermediate products is proposed.Considering operation contents and the balance of production capacity,The task packages of the hull segment are defined.The scheduling model for these task packages is built with constraints of site resources and personnel.Meanwhile,a virtual flow production system is established in shipbuilding workshop,which implements one-piece-flow operation.At last a manufacturing execution system with lean shipbuilding thinking is developed,which realizes the lean production of shipbuilding workshop and meets the needs of small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises.A case study shows that the lean shipbuilding method based on task packages scheduling and its manufacturing execution system can significantly reduce ship production cycle and improve workers utilization rate and production efficiency.
