摘  要:近年来,点融合作为国际民航组织和中国民航在大流量机场推广应用的新航行技术,其对减轻管制负荷、提升运行效能发挥了重要作用。点融合程序对空域使用、管制排序、飞行程序设计均提出了有别于传统程序的特定要求,如何根据机场的流量比例、空域限制、管制方法来设计点融合程序,最大限度发挥点融合的优势和效能,减轻管制负荷,提高运行效率,是设计点融合程序的基本要求。本文根据大连机场运行的实际情况及空域布局、限制要求、流量分布、管制方法等特点,对比研究了多种点融合方案,并优选出最适合的设计方案。In recent years, Point Merge System(PMS) as a new navigation technology promoted and applied by the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC) in high-traffic airports, has played an important role in reducing ATC load and improving operation efficiency. PMS application puts forward specific requirements for airspace use, control sequencing and flight procedure design which are different from traditional procedures. It is the basic requirement for point merge procedure design to design the point merge procedure according to the airport traffic proportion, the airspace restrictions and the ATC method, to give maximum play to the advantages and efficiency of PMS, reduce ATC load and improve operation efficiency. In this paper, according to the actual operational situation of Dalian Airport and its characteristics in airspace layout, restrictions, flow distribution, ATC methods, etc., a variety of PMS schemes are compared and studied, and the most suitable design scheme is selected.
