摘  要:无人机系统类别及运行场景不同,其可接受的安全性水平不同。综合考虑无人机系统运行过程中潜在的危害性和可能性,划分无人机系统的运行风险类别;分析确定无人机系统的失效状态定义及分类方法,基于运行风险类别,研究制订安全性目标,并给出安全性分析的审定方法;最后在某型无人机系统安全性审定中进行应用。结果表明:上述方法可为无人机系统安全性评估及审定提供支持和参考。The acceptable safety level of unmanned aircraft system depends on the UAS type and the operation scenario. The operation risks of unmanned aircraft system are classified comprehensively based on potential severity and probability in the operation of unmanned aircraft system. The definition and classification methods of failure conditions of unmanned aircraft system are analyzed and determined. Based on the operation risk category,the safety objectives are studied and formulated, and the airworthiness certification methods of safety assessment are given. Finally the methods are applied to airworthiness certification of an unmanned aircraft system. The results show that the above methods can provide support and reference for safety assessment and airworthiness certification of unmanned aircraft system.
