摘　　要：目的:分析牙周加速成骨正畸技术(periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics,PAOO)对患者牙周组织内炎性细胞因子表达的影响。方法:选取2020年8月~2021年8月本院收治的PAOO患者30例,分别于术前术后采集其龈沟液和血清标本,通过酶联免疫吸附方法检测白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、前列素E2(prost E2,PGE2)及基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)表达水平。结果:术后1个月龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、PGE2、MMP-2、MMP-3以及MMP-9水平低于术前(P<0.05),术后1个月至4个月龈沟液各项指标水平均递减(P<0.05)。术后1个月,血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、PGE2、MMP-2、MMP-3以及MMP-9水平低于术前(P<0.05)。结论:PAOO能降低患者牙周组织内的炎性细胞因子表达水平,改善牙周环境,促进牙周组织骨再生。Objective:To analyze the effect of periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics(PAOO)on the expression of inflammatory cytokines in periodontal tissue of patients.Methods:A total of 30 patients with PAOO admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected for study.Gingival crevicular fluid and serum samples were collected before and after operation,and the interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),prost E2(PGE2)and matrix metalloproteinase(MMPs)expression levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The levels of gingival sulcus fluid IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,PGE2,MMP-2,MMP-3 and MMP-9 were lower than preoperation,respectively(P<0.05),and the index levels of gingival sulcus fluid decreased(P<0.05).At one-month after operation,the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,PGE2,MMP-2,MMP-3 and MMP-9 were lower than preoperation,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:PAOO can reduce the expression level of inflammatory cytokines in periodontal tissue,improve periodontal environment and promote bone regeneration in periodontal tissue.
