摘　　要：目的:通过系统评价的方法,分析Demirjian法在牙龄评测中对牙齿发育阶段分类的组内、组间一致性差异。方法:对MEDLINE In-Process、EMBASE、EBM reviews、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、知网、万方数据库对使用Demirjian法进行牙龄评测与其它方法比较的含一致性评价的对照研究进行检索,检索时间截至2022年4月。使用Kappa值或组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)值作为评价指标。结果:共纳入8篇研究,包括7938张全口曲面断层片,涉及5种评测方法。纳入分析的Demirjian、Nolla、Moorrees、Haavikko、Cameriere方法在组内、组间一致性均为“高”至“几乎完美”的水平,或“极好”水平。但受限于证据质量,以上结果可能有不精确性。结论:有限的证据显示,上述牙龄测定方法评估曲面断层片中牙齿发育阶段分类都是可靠的,但需要更多研究证据证实。Objective:To analyze the reliability during the assessment of the development stages in Demirjian method and other methods of dental age estimation.Methods:MEDLINE,EMBASE,EBM reviews,SinoMed,Cnki and Wanfang databases were searched electronically till April 2022.All available reliability assessments and controlled trials focusing on different methods of dental age estimation were included.Kappa value or intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)value were used as evaluation indexes.Results:Eight studies were included with 7938 panoramic radiographs,including 5 methods of dental age estimation.Inter-and intra-rater reliabilities were“substantial”to“almost perfect”,or“excellent”for Demirjian,Nolla,Moorrees,H??vikko and Cameriere methods.However,the above conclusions may be limited and inconsistent because of the low quality of the evidence.Conclusion:The limited evidence indicated that both of the dental age estimation methods above had high inter-and intra-rater reliabilities in evaluating the classification of tooth development stages,but future reliability comparisons should be facilitated by studies to confirm.
