摘　　要：校企合作是卓越工程师培养计划实施的关键。以哈尔滨工程大学核科学与技术学院核化工与核燃料工程专业本科毕业论文选题为例,依托校企联合实践教育基地、就业单位需求及科研项目,采用高校导师与企业导师共同制定毕业题目与指导的方式,做实做好本科培养的最后一个环节,为其他工科院校实践过程和毕业设计环节的实施提供借鉴作用。经过实践,达到学生毕业与就业无缝衔接,促进了高校与企业之间的科研合作,提升了学生的综合能力,实现卓越计划人才培养的目标。School-enterprise cooperation is the key to the implementation of excellent engineer training plan.This paper takes the selected graduation thesis topics of nuclear chemical engineering and nuclear fuel major in the College of Nuclear Science and Technology of Harbin Engineering University as an example. Relying on the school-enterprise joint practice education base, the needs of employment units and scientific research projects, the method of university tutor and the enterprise tutor jointly formulating graduation topics and training is adopted,which provides reference for the implementation of other engineering colleges’ practice process and graduation project. Through practice, students’ graduation and employment are seamlessly connected, scientific research cooperation between universities and enterprises is promoted, students’ comprehensive ability is enhanced, and the goal of excellence program personnel training is realized.
