摘  要:基于广州中医药大学“医院管理学”课程教学改革背景,系统回顾了其SPOC教学模式,主要做法有线上自制慕课、邀请大学附属医院资深管理干部联合授课、设置翻转课堂(辩论赛、问诊医院调研案例大赛)、多维度综合评价学生学习成绩等。并通过调查评价教学成效,这一新型线上线下混合式教学模式教学效果良好,受到了学生一致好评,今后可进一步完善该教学模式、充分利用线上线下资源,引导学生对医院管理问题作更深入的学习探讨。Based on the background of the teaching reform of the Hospital Management course in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, this paper systematically reviewes the SPOC teaching model. Its main methods are online self-made MOOCs, inviting senior management cadres of the Affiliated Hospital of the university to give joint lectures, setting flipped classroom(debate contest and consulting hospital research case contest), and multidimensional comprehensive evaluation of students’ academic performance. And the teaching effect is evaluated through investigation. The results show that this new online and offline blended teaching model is highly appraised by the students, and can be further skillfully applied and developed in the future, making full use of the online and offline resources, and guiding students to make in-depth study and discussion on hospital management issues.
