摘　　要：随着经济和卫生水平的发展,世界范围内出现了许多新发的传染病,尤其2020年初新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,对人民健康、经济运行和社会秩序造成了一定冲击。有效应对突发事件的核心着力点在于加强基层卫生人员的突发公共卫生事件的应急处置能力,而加强该能力培养则必须加强突发公共卫生事件管理课程的学习。将虚拟现实技术应用于突发公共卫生事件教学当中,通过虚拟仿真与桌面推演对事件的现场处置过程进行演绎、还原,使学生获得沉浸性、交互性、想象性,开放性的突发公共卫生事件临床与应用教学环境,通过课程教学改革,以期为基层培养具有突发公共卫生应急能力的复合应用型医学人才提供参考。With the development of economy and health level, many new infectious diseases have emerged all over the world, especially the occurrence of COVID-19 in 2020, which has had a certain impact on people’s health, economic operation and social order. The core focus of effectively dealing with emergencies is to strengthen the emergency response ability of grass-roots health workers to deal with public health emergencies. In order to strengthen this ability training, it is necessary to strengthen the study of public health emergency management course. This study applies virtual reality technology to the teaching of public health emergencies, deduces and restores the on-the-spot disposal process of public health emergencies through virtual simulation and desktop deduction, so that students can gain immersion, interaction, imagination and open public health emergency clinical and applied teaching environment. it is hoped that the course teaching reform could provide reference for training compound applied medical talents with emergency public health emergency ability at the grass-roots level.
