摘　　要：研究生培养机制是支撑研究生教育正常运行和质量提升的多种元素构成和相互作用,新时代研究生教育由研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国转变需要不断加强培养机制建设。从国家研究生教育发展需要出发,结合西南石油大学研究生培养机制建设与改革实践,提出了系列研究生培养机制建设举措,并对建设成效进行分析和提出改进建议,力求为同类高校研究生培养机制建设和改革提供借鉴,建立符合时代要求的研究生培养体系。The postgraduate training mechanism is the composition and interaction of multiple elements supporting the normal operation and quality improvement of postgraduate education. In the new era, the transformation of postgraduate education from a large country of postgraduate education to a powerful country of postgraduate education needs to constantly strengthen the construction of training mechanism. Starting from the development needs of national postgraduate education, combined with the construction and reform practice of postgraduate training mechanism of Southwest Petroleum University, this paper puts forward a series of measures for the construction of graduate training mechanism, analyzes the construction effect and proposes the improvement suggestions. The purpose is to establish a graduate training system that meets the requirements of the times and provide reference for the construction and reform of graduate training mechanism in similar universities.
