摘　　要：强迫性行为障碍是一种以无法控制自身频繁的性行为或性幻想为主要表现的疾病,它不仅会给患者带来生理和心理的双重痛苦,还增加感染性病的危险。国外对于强迫性行为障碍的相关研究逐渐增加,但国内研究较少,在临床也未受到相应的关注。为增加对强迫性行为障碍的认识,通过回顾国内外相关文献,对诊断和评估、流行病学、药物和心理治疗等方面进行综述,为读者提供较全面的强迫性行为障碍诊疗信息。Compulsive sexual behavior disorder is characterized by the inability to control one′s frequent sexual behaviors or fantasies.It will bring physical pain and psychological distress to the patients and increase the risk of venereal diseases.Research abroad on compulsive sexual behavior disorder is increasing,while domestic studies are rare due to in sufficient attention in clinical practice.To increase the understanding of compulsive sexual behavior disorder,this article reviewed the epidemiology,clinical features,evaluation,diagnosis,and treatment with medications and psychotherapy,providing more comprehensive information on compulsive sexual behavior disorder.
