伴有精神症状的注意缺陷多动障碍1例

摘　　要：注意缺陷多动障碍亦被称作多动障碍,是儿童期常见的行为问题。目前以药物治疗为主,但临床上治疗药物有限。哌甲酯类是应用最广泛的一线用药。本文报道1例伴有精神症状的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿,考虑可能与服用哌甲酯缓释片后出现精神病性症状有关,以期引起临床医师的注意。Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),also known as hyperactivity disorder,is a common behavioral problem in childhood.Currently,pharmacotherapy is the primary treatment,while the medication options are limited.Methylphenidate is the most widely used as a first-line medication.To attract the attention of clinicians,a case of ADHD with psychiatric symptoms is presented,and the psychiatric symptoms may be related to the Methylphenidate sustained-release tablets.
