摘 要:目的探讨维生素A、E缺乏对新生儿疾病患病情况的影响。方法选择2018年1月-2019年12月在山东省潍坊市妇幼保健院新生儿科住院的新生儿310例。在新生儿出生后,使用高效液相色谱法检测儿童血清维生素A、E水平,分为维生素A缺乏组(Vit A<0.35μmol/L)、维生素A正常组(Vit A≥0.35μmol/L);维生素E缺乏组(Vit E<5 mg/L)、维生素E正常组(Vit E≥5μmol/L)。采集并比较各组新生儿的分娩情况、孕周、出生体重等基本信息。于新生儿出生后1 min及5 min时分别行Apgar评分,比较各组新生儿Apgar评分。比较各组新生儿疾病(包括呼吸系统相关疾病、感染相关疾病、营养状况不良、机体发育不良)的患病情况。结果与维生素A正常组或维生素E正常组相比,维生素A缺乏组或维生素E缺乏组在新生儿早产、体重异常及阿氏评分方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维生素A缺乏组及维生素E缺乏组新生儿的呼吸系统疾病、感染相关疾病、营养状况不良、机体发育不良等患病情况均高于正常组(P<0.05),OR值均>1,且95%CI均不包含1。结论血清维生素A、E缺乏的新生儿更易于出现早产、低体重、疾病患病及机体发育不良。Objective To explore the effect of vitamin A and E on the prevalence of neonatal diseases.Methods A total of 310 newborns hospitalized in the Neonatal Department of Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Weifang city,Shandong province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin E were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The children were divided into vitamin A deficiency group(VitA<0.35μmol/L),vitamin A normal group(vitamin A≥0.35μmol/L),vitamin E deficiency group(VitE<5 mg/L)and vitamin E normal group(vitamin E≥5μmol/L).The basic information such as delivery,gestational age and birth weight of newborns in each group were collected and compared.Apgar scores were performed at 1 min and 5 min after birth,and the Apgar scores of newborns in each group were compared.The prevalence of neonatal diseases(including respiratory system related diseases,infection related diseases,malnutrition,neonatal dysplasia)were compared among the groups.Results The differences in preterm birth,abnormal weight and Apgar scores were statistically significant in the vitamin A deficient group or vitamin E deficient group compared to the vitamin A normal group or vitamin E normal group(P<0.05).The prevalence of neonatal respiratory diseases,neonatal infection-related diseases,neonatal malnutrition and neonatal dysplasia in the vitamin A or E deficiency group were higher than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The OR values were all greater than 1,and the 95%CI did not include 1.Conclusion Neonates with serum vitamin A and E deficiency are more likely to have premature birth,abnormal birth weight,diseases and poor development of the body.
