摘　　要：白龙江是长江支流嘉陵江的重要支流,是重要的水源涵养区和环境脆弱区。随着社会经济的快速发展,生态环境压力持续加大,生态失衡问题越来越突出。在研究分析流域存在的生态环境问题的基础上,提出了加强农业面源污染治理、推进城镇污水治理与管网全覆盖建设、科学开展水生态保护与修复、加强监管能力建设、提高水生态环境监测与预警能力等对策,为推动白龙江流域生态环境保护和高质量发展具有重要意义。Bailong River is an important tributary of the Jialing River,a tributary of the Yangtze River,and an important water conservation area and environmentally vulnerable area.With the rapid development of social economy,the pressure on the ecological environment continues to increase,and the ecological imbalance is becoming increasingly prominent.On the basis of studying and analyzing the ecological environment problems in the basin,the paper put forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening agricultural non-point source pollution control,promoting urban sewage treatment and full coverage construction of pipe network,scientifically carrying out water ecological protection and repair,strengthening supervision capacity construction,and improving water ecological environment monitoring and warning capacity,which is of great significance for promoting the ecological environment protection and high-quality development of the Bailong River basin.
