摘  要:为了探讨山东省16个城市2010—2019年区域经济-生态安全-环境保护三元系统的耦合协调发展状况,综合选取25个指标构成系统的评价指标体系,对各子系统进行分析、评价,并采用耦合协调度模型识别三元系统的协调发展程度。结果表明:区域经济-生态安全-环境保护系统中各子系统按综合评价值由大到小的顺序为环境保护系统、生态安全系统、区域经济系统,且各子系统评价值均呈增大趋势;各子系统间发展关联度较高,整体耦合度波动增大,且耦合度值为0.9252~0.9692,各子系统处于高度耦合状态;区域经济-生态安全-环境保护系统的耦合协调发展等级呈增强趋势,实现了从初级协调向中级协调的过渡;区域经济、生态安全与环境保护标准差椭圆整体均呈东北-西南方向分布,耦合协调度标准差椭圆在东西方向扩张,在南北方向收缩,且扩张趋势大于收缩趋势。To explore coupling coordinated development of regional economy-ecological security-environmental protection ternary system of 16 cities in Shandong province from 2010 to 2019,25 indexes were comprehensively selected to form an evaluation index system of the system,and each subsystem was analyzed and evaluated.The degree of coordinated development of the regional economy-ecological security-environmental protection ternary system was identified by using coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the subsystems in the ternary system are environmental protection system,ecological security system,and regional economic system in the order of the comprehensive evaluation values from large to small.The values of each subsystem show an increasing trend.The development correlation degree among the subsystems is relatively high,and the overall coupling degree increases in the fluctuation.The coupling degree values are between 0.9252 and 0.9692,and the subsystems are in highly coupled state.The coupling coordinated development level of the regional economic-ecological security-environmental protection system shows an upward trend,realizing the transformation from primary coordination to intermediate coordination.The standard deviation ellipses of regional economy,ecological security,and environmental protection are distributed in the northeast to southwest direction as a whole.The standard deviation ellipses of coupling coordination degree expand in the east-west direction and contract in the northsouth direction,and the expansion trend is greater than the contraction trend.
