摘 要:试验旨在研究厚朴提取物对育肥猪生产性能及经济效益的影响。选取体重约51 kg的健康杂交育肥猪96头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组猪饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.015%、0.030%、0.045%厚朴提取物。试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量极显著升高(P<0.01),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验2组、试验3组猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著升高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01);试验3组猪血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性极显著升高(P<0.01);试验1组MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验2组CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组猪血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量极显著降低(P<0.01);试验3组猪血清尿素氮(BUN)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组猪血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量极显著升高(P<0.01);试验3组猪血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05);试验3组猪血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验3组猪背膘厚度显著降低(P<0.05),眼肌面积极显著升高(P<0.01);试验2组猪眼肌面积显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组猪肉色评分极显著升高(P<0.01);试验3组肉的pH45 min值、大理石纹极显著升高(P<0.01),滴水损失、含水量极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,各添加组养殖的经济效益分别增加10.52%、23.10%和24.97%。研究表明,日粮中添加厚朴提取物可有效改善育肥猪的生长性能、抗氧化能力、脂质代谢、屠宰性能和肉质,获得更高的经济效益,适宜添加量为0.030%。The experiment was to study the effect of Houpoea officinalis extract on production performance and economic benefits of finishing pigs. A total of 96 healthy crossbred finishing pigs weighing 51 kg were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and eight pigs in each replicate. The pigs in control group were fed with basic diet, and the pigs in each test group were fed with basic diet supplemented with 0.015%, 0.030%, 0.045% Houpoea officinalis extract. The test period was 60 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of pigs in group 2 and group 3 were extremely increased(P<0.01), and the feed to gain ratio was extremely decreased(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC in serum of pigs in group 2 and group 3 were extremely increased(P<0.01), the content of MDA was extremely decreased(P<0.01), CAT activity in group 3 was extremely increased(P<0.01), MDA content in group 1 was significantly decreased(P<0.05), CAT activity in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the content of TC, TG and HDL-C in serum of pigs in group 2 and group 3 were extremely decreased(P<0.01), the content of serum BUN of pigs in group 3was extremely decreased(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the pig serum IgA content in group 2 and group 3 were extremely increased(P<0.01), the serum IgG content of pigs in group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the content of IL-6 in serum of pigs in group 3 was extremely decreased(P<0.01), and that in group 2 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the backfat thickness of group 3 was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the eye muscle area was extremely increased(P<0.01), the area of eye muscle in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05), the meat color score of group 2 and group 3 were extremely increased(P<0.01), the pH45 minvalue and marble grain of group 3 was e
