摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的深入推进,对新时代技能人才培养提出了更高要求,人文素养、思想政治素养是促进技工学生成长成才的基本要素。人文素养融入思想政治教育有着深刻内涵及重要意义,技工院校人文素养融入思想政治教育的现状不尽如人意,可从教师育人、课程育人、实践育人、管理服务以及评估体系建设“五位一体”模式优化人文素质培养融入思想政治教育的实践路径。With the further promotion of the rural revitalization,higher requirements for the cultivation of skilled personnel were put forward in the new era.Humanistic literacy,ideological and political literacy are the basic elements to promote the growth of technical college students.This paper expounds the connotation and significance of the integration of humanistic literacy into ideological and political education,analyzes the current situation of the integration of humanistic literacy into ideological and political education at technical colleges.The“five-in-one”model of teacher education,curriculum education,practice education,management service and evaluation system construction optimizes the practical path of integrating ideological and political education into humanistic quality training.
