摘　　要：目的调查社区2型糖尿病伴抑郁状态老年人生存质量并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法纳入成都市两个社区2型糖尿病老年人,筛选伴有抑郁状态者作为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表、D型人格问卷进行调查,运用多重线性回归分析明确生存质量的影响因素。结果85名社区2型糖尿病伴抑郁状态老年人生存质量总分为(60.47±4.20)分,4个维度得分由高到低依次为心理/精神功能、生理功能、社会关系和治疗,文化程度、收入水平、D型人格是生存质量的影响因素。结论社区2型糖尿病伴抑郁状态老年人生存质量水平不佳,社区医务工作者应针对性进行干预,提升其生存质量。Objective To investigate the quality of life of community-dwelling older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Community-dwelling older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression in two communities of Chengdu were selected by convenience sampling.The general information questionnaire,diabetes specific quality of life(DSQL)and type D personality scale-14(DS-14)were used for investigation.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life.Results The total score of quality of life of 85 community-dwelling older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression was(60.47±4.20),and the four dimensions in descending order of score were psychological/mental function,physiological function,social relations and treatment.Education level,income level and type D personality were the influencing factors of quality of life.Conclusion The quality of life of community-dwelling older adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression is poor,which needs to be improved through targeted intervention by community medical workers.
