摘 要:目的以胜任力为基础,探讨护士长助理遴选方案的构建和应用效果。方法在胜任力模型基础上,建立护士长助理选拔方案,于2017—2021年对67名参加护士长助理竞聘的人员进行选拔并追踪入选者的工作绩效。结果此方案具有一定的科学性和实用性。选任护士长助理42名,正式担任副护士长14名,入选医院护理人才库16名,其工作业绩得到了医院同仁和领导的肯定。结论以胜任力为基础构建的护士长助理遴选方案,能够有效考察竞聘者胜任力的特征,为医院选拔高素质护理管理人才奠定基础。Objective To explore the construction and application effect of competency based selection scheme for head nurse assistant.Methods A competency based selection scheme for head nurse assistant was established and applied to 67 candidates for head nurse assistant from 2017 to 2021.And the work performance of the selected ones was tracked.Results The scheme is scientific and practical.And a total of 42 head nurse assistants were selected,among which 14were officially appointed as deputy head nurse and 16 were selected into the nursing talent pool of the hospital.Their work performance was approved by colleagues and leaders of the hospital.Conclusion The competency based selection scheme for head nurse assistant can effectively investigate the competency characteristics of candidates,and lay a foundation for the selection of high-quality nursing management talents for the hospital.
