摘  要:针对使用太湖水源的3座水厂,探究臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)工艺不同运行情况下的长期运行效能。对活性炭的吸附性能和微生物生长情况进行长期监测,发现活性炭的吸附能力随O3-BAC工艺运行时间的增加而逐渐下降,基本在运行5年后,其碘吸附值和亚甲蓝吸附值将均不满足要求,对污染物的吸附作用变得十分微弱;微生物的生长在其投入运行后逐渐趋于稳定,生物量总体呈上升趋势,工艺运行超过7年后,活性炭上生物量基本稳定。对O3-BAC工艺的净化效能进行长期监测,发现总有机碳(TOC)的去除率随工艺运行时间的增加而逐渐下降,后期主要依靠生物降解作用,而活性炭的吸附作用对有机物的去除能力更突出。不同炭种的净化能力存在较大差异,综合研究结果建议以太湖为水源的水厂换炭周期为6~7年,选用12×40目的煤质柱状破碎炭。Aiming at three drinking water treatment plants of Taihu Lake, the long-term operation efficiency of ozone-biological activated carbon(O_(3)-BAC) process under different operation conditions was investigated. Long-term monitoring of the adsorption performance and microbial growth of activated carbon showed that the adsorption capacity of activated carbon decreased gradually with the increase of the operation time of O_(3)-BAC process. Basically, after 5 years of operation, the iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value would not meet the requirements, and the adsorption of pollutants became very weak.The growth of microorganisms tended to be stable after it was put into operation, and the biomass showed an overall upward trend. After more than 7 years of operation, the biomass on activated carbon was basically stable.Long-term monitoring of the water treatment efficiency of O_(3)-BAC process showed that the removal rate of total organic carbon(TOC) decreased gradually with the increase of the process operation time, and the later stage mainly relied on biodegradation, while the adsorption of activated carbon had a more prominent removal ability of organic matter.The purification capacity of different types of carbon varied greatly. The comprehensive results suggested that the carbon exchange period of water plant should be 6~7 years, and 12×40 mesh coal columnar broken carbon should be selected.
