摘 要:本试验通过超声波法提取水蔓菁中的挥发油,并运用响应面试验分析方法对挥发油提取条件进行了优化,采用测定DPPH自由基清除率、羟基自由基清除率、还原力来研究水蔓菁挥发油的抗氧化活性。结果表明:最优的水蔓菁挥发油提取条件为液料比16.6:1(mL/g)、提取温度53℃、超声时间30 min,在优化的提取条件下提取挥发油,提取率为1.13%。水蔓菁挥发油浓度为12 mg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率为88.5%,对羟基自由基的清除率为82.7%,并具有较强的还原力。表明超声波法提取所得水蔓菁挥发油具有良好的抗氧化活性。The volatile oil from Veronica linariifolia was extracted by ultrasonic wave.The response surface experiment was used to optimize the extraction conditions of volatile oil.Antioxidant activity of volatile oil was determined by DPPH free radical scavenging rate,hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate and reducing capacity.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of volatile oil from Veronica linariifolia were liquid and solid ratio 16.6:1(mL/g),extraction temperature 53℃and ultrasonic time 30 min.Under the optimized extraction conditions,the extraction yield of volatile oil was 1.13%.When the concentration of volatile oil was 12 mg/mL,DPPH free radical scavenging rate was 88.5%,hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate was 82.7%,and it had strong reducing capacity.The results indicated that the volatile oil from Veronica linariifolia extracted by ultrasonic method had good antioxidant activity.
