摘　　要：打造数字型知识产权产业生态是贯彻习总书记关于数字中国建设和知识产权强国战略的重要体现,对于促进我国科技创新具有十分重大意义。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,研究了知识产权产业生态及其数字化转型的相关理论问题,通过对天津滨海高新区“科创中国”服务中心进行案例研究深刻剖析了数字型知识产权产业生态的形成机理及其作用效果,且进一步提出了政策建议。Creating a digital intellectual property industry ecology is an important embodiment of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s strategy of building a digital China and a powerful intellectual property country.It is of great significance to promote China’s scientific and technological innovation.Taking Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as guidance,this paper studies the relevant theoretical issues of intellectual property industry ecology and its digital transformation,and deeply analyzes the formation mechanism and effect of digital intellectual property industry ecology through a case study of the"Innovation China"service center of Tianjin Binhai high-tech Zone,and further puts forward policy suggestions.
