摘　　要：封边作为板式家具生产的重要工序,直接体现家具产品质量。传统的热熔胶封边机装配精度低、封边质量差、自动化程度低,无法满足现代家具柔性化、定制化、智能化的生产要求。介绍了传统热熔胶封边机生产工艺流程,总结了传统热熔胶封边机封边作业出现的针孔、胶缝粗等封边质量问题,在传统热熔胶封边技术基础上,对传统封边机的输送、涂胶、存胶、齐头和跟踪修边等装置进行结构优化改进,设计了一款自动化程度高、作业工况灵活、工作效率高的智能化PUR热熔胶封边机。优化后的PUR热熔胶封边机可有效提升热熔胶封边质量和生产效率,提高板式家具品质和使用寿命,进而助力家具生产的大规模定制化产业发展。Edge banding is one of the basic processes of panel furniture production.The traditional hot melt adhesive edge banding process has low assembly accuracy, poor edge quality and low degree of automation, which can not meet the requirements of flexible, Customized, intelligentize processing in the production of new furniture.Firstly, the process flow of traditional hot melt adhesive edge banding equipment was introduced, summarizes the traditional hot melt adhesive edge banding machine such as pinhole, seam coarse edge sealing quality problems.On the basis of the original traditional hot melt adhesive edge banding technology of this enterprise,the structure optimization and improvement of the traditional edge sealing machine’s conveying,glue coating,transfer,unison head and trimming device are carried out,and an intelligent PUR hot melt adhesive edge banding machine with high degree of automation,flexible working conditions and high working efficiency is designed. The optimized PUR hot melt adhesive edge sealing machine can effectively improve the quality and production efficiency of hot melt adhesive edge banding,improve the quality and service life of panel furniture,and then help the mass customization development of furniture production.
