摘　　要：基于“互联网+”背景下的现代计算机网络及移动通讯技术在教育中的广泛应用,建设适用于普通高等教育和学历继续教育考试的网络考试平台,不仅可以提升考试组织工作的效率,解决网络考试中存在的各类作弊问题,预约考试、随到随考、随学随考等灵活的考试模式,还可以很好的解决考试组织形式单一,工学矛盾突出的问题。Based on the wide application of modern computer network and mobile communication technology in education under the background of"Internet+",the construction of an online examination platform suitable for the examination of general higher education and continuing education for academic qualifications can not only improve the efficiency of examination organization,solve various cheating problems in online examination,but also provide flexible examination modes such as appointment examination,on-demand examination and on-demand examination,It can also well solve the problems of single examination organization form and prominent contradiction between work and study.
