摘  要:[目的]研究旨在探讨不同微生态制剂对奶牛产奶性能和乳品质的影响[方法]将40头试验牛随机分成4个处理组,每组10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,微生态制剂Ⅰ组、微生态制剂2组、微生态制剂3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%的3种微生态制剂产品。[结果]结果显示,与对照组相比,微生态制剂Ⅰ组、微生态制剂Ⅱ组、微生态制剂3组的平均日产奶量、乳蛋白率均显著增加(P<0.05),体细胞数均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,微生态制剂Ⅰ组的平均日采食量、乳脂率均显著增加(P<0.05),料奶比显著降低(P<0.05)。与微生态制剂Ⅱ组相比,微生态制剂Ⅰ组的平均日产奶量、乳蛋白率均显著增加(P<0.05)。[结论]说明3种微生态制剂产品均能在一定程度上提高奶牛的产奶性能和乳品质,以微生态制剂产品1的作用效果最好。[Objective] In order to study the effects of different probiotics on milk production performance and milk quality of dairy cows, [Methods] 40 Holstein dairy cows were randomly divided into four treatment groups, the control group was fed with basic diet, the probiotics group 1, probiotics group 2 and probiotics group 3 were supplemented with 0.1% three probiotics products in the basic diet, respectively. [Results] The results showed that the average daily milk yield and milk protein rate of microecological preparation group 1, 2 and 3 increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05), and the number of somatic cells decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake and milk fat rate of microecological preparation group 1 increased significantly(P<0.05), and the feed milk ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with microecological preparation group 2, the average daily milk yield and milk protein rate of microecological preparation group 1 increased significantly(P<0.05). [Conclusion] In conclusion, the three microecological products could improve the milk production performance and milk quality of dairy cows to a certain extent, and the effect of microecological product 1 was the best.
