摘　　要：项目结合太行云牛选育工作,对现阶段太行云牛生产方式、资源利用、市场情况、投入成本与产出效益进行了全面调查和案例分析。结果表明,(1)太行云牛耐粗饲、适应性强,生长发育快,经济效益高;(2)不同牛群、不同生产阶段生产效益不同,育成期和育肥期头年生产效益达5000元以上;(3)在当地市场环境下,自繁自育生产的千头规模肉牛养殖场,舍饲+放牧管理,年效益达343万元,全年舍饲管效益也在222万元以上。以资生产者和行业管理人员参考。共同谋划和促进肉牛产业的持续健康发展。Combined with the breeding work of Taihang cattle,the project conducted a comprehensive investigation and case analysis on the current stage of Taihang cattle mode of production,resource utilization,market situation,input cost and output benefit.The results showed that:(1)Taihang cattle had strong adaptability to rough feeding,fast growth and development,and high economic benefit.(2)Different cattle groups and different production stages had different production benefits.The growing and fattening stages production benefit reached more than 5000 yuan.(3)Under the local market environment,in the 1000-head self-bred beef cattle farm with house feeding and grazing management,the annual benefit reached 3.43 million yuan,the annual benefit of house feeding tube was also above 2.22 million yuan.This article would provide reference for producers and industry managers to plan and promote the sustainable and healthy development of beef cattle industry.
